Mountaineers add another signee

West Virginia has added to its 2010 recruiting class with its 20th signee.

He is Ishmael Banks, a 6-foot defensive back from Richmond, Va., who played last season at Hargrave Military Academy. Banks had been committed to West Virginia since December but waited until today to sign. He's ranked as one of the top prep school cornerbacks and also had offers from Maryland and Penn State.

The Mountaineers are still waiting on highly touted safety Latwan Anderson, who committed to them but is exploring his options, including USC.
