The Brady Hoke era has yet to include a single loss ...

Michigan 31, Eastern Michigan 3: The Wolverines weren't going to lose to Eastern Michigan unless everything went wrong at the same time. Michigan got off to a very slow start, as has been its tendency so far this season, and led only 14-3 at halftime. But this one wasn't ever really in doubt after the first quarter and the Wolverines ended up posting a final score that reflects the difference between the two teams. And the real difference for Michigan is Denard Robinson. While his passing numbers (4-for-12, 40 yards) were ugly, he continued to do damage on the ground. Robinson finished with 176 yards on 22 carries, while Vincent Smith added 89 yards on five attempts. The Wolverines defense gave up some big gains in the first quarter but shut things down after that. The competition level wasn't that challenging, but Michigan took care of business and is now 3-0 heading into a potentially emotional game for Hoke against San Diego State next week.
