The new BCS standings are out, and four Big Ten teams appear in the top 20.

Iowa tumbled six spots to No. 10 after its loss to Northwestern. The Hawkeyes are still buoyed by their computer average (9) but took a major hit in the human polls. Ohio State moved up five spots to No. 11 after its dominating victory at Penn State. The human voters like the Buckeyes, who rank eighth in both the Harris and coaches polls, but the computers have Ohio State tied for 13th with Pittsburgh.

The Buckeyes and Hawkeyes meet this week in Columbus (ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET) with the Big Ten's automatic BCS berth at stake.

Penn State fell seven spots to No. 18 and will need a boost to reach the top 14 and have a chance for an at-large BCS berth. Wisconsin moved up one spot to No. 20 after its win against Indiana.
