Illinois reclaims lead after Fresno penalty

We've got a good one brewing at Memorial Stadium, as Fresno State rallied from a 10-point deficit to tie things up at 31-31, only to see Illinois go back on top.

Both teams have capitalized on mistakes from the other side. Fresno State has turned two Illinois turnovers into 10 points, while Illinois just benefited from a huge roughing the punter penalty on the Bulldogs (good acting job by Anthony Santella).

Mikel LeShoure continues to look like a very legit Big Ten running back, as he sprinted 61 yards to the end zone to put Illinois back on top 38-31. Leshoure has really been a bright spot for Illinois this fall.

I doubt the scoring is done today, so buckle up for the fourth quarter.
