Big Ten helmet stickers: Week 8

A lot of good performances this week from around the league, including two quarterback-wide receiver combos.

Penn State QB Daryll Clark and WR Graham Zug: Clark has been brilliant since the Iowa loss, and he continued to surge with 230 pass yards and four touchdowns in a 35-10 win against Michigan. Clark tied his career high for touchdown passes and became Penn State's all-time leader in touchdowns accounted for with 55. Three of those scoring strikes went to Zug, who entered Saturday's game with four career touchdowns.

Ohio State QB Terrelle Pryor and WR DeVier Posey: The two close friends starred for Ohio State in a much needed blowout win. Pryor and Posey hooked up eight times for 161 yards and two touchdowns. Pryor added 104 rush yards and a touchdown on 15 carries as he overcame a rough week with a big second half against Minnesota.

Iowa QB Ricky Stanzi: It's never pretty with Stanzi or Iowa, but he continues to get the job done for the still-unbeaten Hawkeyes. Stanzi was more than clutch against Michigan State, firing the game-winning touchdown pass against Michigan State with no time left on the clock. Stanzi found three receivers on the final 70-yard drive and made a perfect throw to Marvin McNutt in the end zone.

Ohio State DE Thaddeus Gibson: Minnesota quarterbacks Adam Weber and MarQueis Gray might have nightmares about Gibson after the Buckeyes junior recorded a career high three sacks and a fumble recovery in Saturday's win at Ohio Stadium. Gibson ranked second on the team with six tackles.

Penn State's defense: The Lions validated themselves as an elite defense by shutting down the Big Ten's top scoring offense. Notable performances included end Jack Crawford (3 TFLs, forced fumble) and linebackers Navorro Bowman (11 tackles, sack, interception, fumble recovery) and Josh Hull (10 tackles, 2.5 TFLs, sack).
