Pryor looks good in pregame warmups
By ESPN.com staff
PASADENA, Calif. -- Greetings again from the Rose Bowl, the greatest setting in all of college sports. It's electric today, folks.
I didn't make it down to the field for warmups -- had to watch the end of the Capital One Bowl -- but Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor looked good. He did not wear anything on his injured left knee and seemed to be moving fine. He even tested the knee on a slide while holding onto a teammate.
Pryor has a slight tear in his PCL, but he played with it down the stretch of the regular season and has had more than a month to rest. Quarterback coach Nick Siciliano told me Ohio State didn't change its game plan at all given Pryor's health status. As I've said many times, Pryor needs to be a difference maker today for the Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl Game presented by Citi.
