According to Boston.com, head coach Claude Julien told the media after his team's game-day skate that Bruins winger Shawn Thornton will be a game-time decision tonight when the Bruins play the Blues in St. Louis.
Thornton has been battling an illness and Julien told the media he may not be well enough to go tonight.
If Thornton doesn't play, Josh Hennessy would take his spot in the lineup between Gregory Campbell and Daniel Paille. Center Carter Camper, who was called up from Providence earlier this week, is expected to make his Bruins debut tonight centering Benoit Pouliot and Jordan Caron.
Tim Thomas is expected to be in goal.
