Bergeron edged by Toews for Selke

By ESPNBoston.com

Patrice Bergeron narrowly missed out on winning a second consecutive Selke Trophy, awarded to the NHL's best two-way forward.

Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews won it with 1,260 points, 10 more than Bergeron, who actually accrued more first-places votes, 178 to Toews' 175.

Bergeron did claim another prize Friday, winning the King Clancy Memorial Trophy, in recognition of his leadership and humanitarian efforts.
