PHILADELPHIA -- The Flyers will be without the services of veteran defenseman Chris Pronger for Game 2 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Boston Bruins on Monday night at Wells Fargo Center.
Philadelphia GM Paul Holmgren announced Pronger is out with an undisclosed injury. Pronger missed six weeks during the regular season with a broken hand. He was able to play in five games of the last series against the Buffalo Sabres.
Pronger was in the lineup for Game 1 against the Bruins, but missed the final few minutes of the game.
