The NBA confirmed Wednesday that Kendrick Perkins' two most recent technical fouls, received Dec. 28 (vs. Phoenix) and 30 (vs. Golden State) during the team's recent three-game western swing, were upheld upon review by the league office and will not be rescinded.

That leaves Perkins at nine technical fouls for the 2009-10 season after one from a Nov. 14 loss in Indiana was recently rescinded.

Here's your NBA technical foul leaderboard (most recent technical listed at the end) with Perkins and teammate Rasheed Wallace topping the list through Jan. 4.
