ABC and ESPN basketball analyst Jeff Van Gundy sees the revamped Heat as a threat to set the all-time record for wins, but says the Celtics are one of the few teams that could beat them in a playoff series.

Appearing on ESPN Radio in Chicago, Van Gundy said only the Lakers and Celtics would have a shot at beating the LeBron James-led Heat in the postseason.

"I think Boston -- with the [Shaquille] O'Neal signing -- has a legitimate chance as well" as the Lakers, he said. "But I think those are the only two teams that have a chance in a playoff series to beat them."
