A flagrant-1 assessed to Boston's Glen Davis in Thursday's win over the Atlanta Hawks has been downgraded to a foul upon review by the NBA.

Davis grabbed Atlanta's Zaza Pachulia around the collar and got tagged with the harsher penalty after Pachulia sold the hard foul by stumbling under the basket with 5:43 remaining in the second quarter.

Davis now boasts no flagrant points for the 2010-11 season. Teammates Shaquille O'Neal and Nate Robinson have one apiece from flagrant-1 penalties that were upheld (suspensions start after five flagrant points are accrued).

Earlier this season, the NBA overturned a flagrant-1 against O'Neal (for a foul on Oklahoma City's Russell Westbrook).
