ESPN's First Take debates whether the Celtics' loss to the Nets on Monday night is a reason for concern -- and Skip Bayless and Jalen Rose say yes. Both insist the loss of Kendrick Perkins will hurt Boston in the long run, and point out that the core group of starters -- KG, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo -- are starting to wear down.
