Our good friend, Mike Reiss, was pointing out a Forbes article today that showed Patriots coach Bill Belichick is the highest paid helmsman in all of sports. That made us wonder where Celtics coach Doc Rivers ranked among his NBA brethren and Forbes has the answer:
