All five players will be game-time decisions for Thursday's contest against the Magic.
Ray Allen (left ankle) is not on the trip due to his injury (his wife is also expected to give birth soon) and will not play Thursday.
Pietrus sat out Monday's front end of a home-and-home with the Magic after his shoulder flared following Sunday's win in Washington. He underwent an MRI, but said after Monday's game that he was hoping to play on Thursday.
Dooling has missed seven games with a knee that's been slow to heal, while Wilcox has missed six straight (and nine games overall).
Rondo has missed three games since landing awkwardly on his right wrist while absorbing a flagrant foul against the Raptors last week. He lobbied to play Monday, but the team elected to give him more rest.
O'Neal has received additional rest during mid-week practices at times this season and, barring a setback, should be on the floor.
With two offdays between games in this two-game series against the Magic, the Celtics flew to Orlando Tuesday.
