The Celtics once again face a manpower shortage as they play their final home contest before starting an eight-game road trip.

Coach Doc Rivers said that Mickael Pietrus and Chris Wilcox will both miss tonight's game against the Portland Trailblazers. Pietrus has swelling in his right knee, which he had surgically repaired before joining the Celtics on Christmas eve. Wilcox's absence is for personal reasons.

Rivers said he hopes both players will be back and available for Sunday afternoon's game in Los Angeles against the Lakers.
