Bradley an All-Defense first-teamer?

ESPN.com's John Hollinger submitted his late-season picks for the NBA All-Defense team in his Wednesday PER Diem column Insider. It's not particularly surprising to see Kevin Garnett on the list, but Avery Bradley earns Hollinger's nod as a fellow All-Defense first-teamer:
