ESPN Boston's Chris Forsberg joins the Herd to discuss the Celtics' loss in Game 1 and what needs to happen for Boston to beat the Heat.

"They have to figure out a way to be more consistent, obviously, on offense. Their defense is going to be fine, but 19 of 59 outside of that second quarter, that's just not going to win any playoff games," says Forsberg.
