Not to put the cart in front of the horse, but after the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night to win the Western Conference, it will be hard for some Boston fans not to start daydreaming about a potential NBA Finals matchup between the Celtics and old friend Kendrick Perkins.
