Forecast: No votes for C's as champs

ESPN.com's national summer forecast asked 100 panelists to pick the 2012-13 NBA champion. No one voted for the Celtics, a preseason opportunity for the "no one believes in this team" crowd to play the disrespect card:

Yes, this writer voted for the Lakers. And, yes, I had the Celtics winning the Eastern Conference. It's the offseason and we can all reserve the right to change our minds, but I'll give the early edge to Los Angeles while wondering how Boston would defend a Dwight Howard-Pau Gasol frontcourt.
