Echoing what our own Celtics Summer Forecast predicted, the ESPN national Summer Forecast has pegged Boston for 28 wins and to finish 12th in the Eastern Conference.

The Celtics find themselves clustered in the basement of the East, but still ahead of Orlando (27 wins), Milwaukee (23), and Philadelphia (18).

Not surprisingly, LeBron James and the Cavaliers have vaulted to the projected top spot in the East.
