Hingham RHP Flanagan commits to Rhody

Hingham High Class of 2013 righthander Evan Flanagan told ESPNBoston.com this evening that he has verbally committed to the University of Rhode Island.

This past spring, Flanagan was 3-0 with a 2.34 ERA, as the Harbormen made the quarterfinals of the Division 2 South sectional. With his summer club team, the North East Rays, he is 3-0 with a 0.72 ERA.
