Darien (Conn.) attack Lindley commits to UMass

October, 5, 2012
Darien (Conn.) High lacrosse standout Peter Lindley has committed to UMass and will join the Minutemen's class of 2014.

A left-handed attack, Lindley has also played club lacrosse for the Connecticut Chargers and Laxachusetts during the summer after an injury kept him out of lacrosse for most of the past two years.

He was named an all-star at the Baltimore Kickoff and Tri-State National for the Chargers and at the Brine Shootout with Laxachusetts. Lindley's return from injury with Darien began with a hat trick performance in a 8-7 win for the Blue Wave over St Anthony’s before leading them to a Connecticut state Class M title.
