FOOTBALL

BB&N 36, Rye Country Day 14 - Eric Bertino threw three touchdown passes -- two to Brendan O'Neil (64 receiving yards) -- and Chris Coady ran for 149 yards on 17 carries, as the Knights emerged in the Jack Etter Bowl, named in honor of the former BB&N athletic director.

Pingree 36, Rivers 28 - Kyle Jamerson returned a blocked field goal 82 yards with 11 seconds left to win it for the Highlanders at Gillette Stadium. He also caught three balls for 87 yards and two scores. Taariq Allen had 142 yards on 28 carries and a score for Rivers.
