Mr. Football Watch: Playoffs, Week 1

Here is our latest "Mr. Football Watch", with some new twists, following the first weekend of MIAA State Championship Playoffs. As always, statistics can be sent to editors Brendan Hall (email@example.com) and/or Scott Barboza (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Troy Flutie, Sr. QB, Natick Completed 19 of 31 passes for 359 yards and five touchdowns, and added 39 rushing yards and a sixth touchdown, in the Redhawks' 39-26 win over King Philip.
Hayden Murphy, Sr. RB/WR, Barnstable Carried 20 times for 195 yards and three touchdowns, and returned an interception 39 yards for a fourth score, in the Red Raiders' 48-27 win over Marshfield.
Neil O’Connor, Sr. QB, Leominster In the Blue Devils' win over Westborough, carried seven times for 103 yards and four touchdowns, and added 109 yards passing on five of 11 completions.
Dylan Oxsen, Sr. RB, Plymouth South Shouldered another heavy workload in the Panthers' 35-7 win over Sharon in D3 Southwest, rushing for 265 yards and four touchdowns.
Mike Panepinto, Sr. RB, Needham Ran for 232 yards and four touchdowns in the Rockets' 42-28 win over Duxbury in D2 South.
Andrew Smiley, Sr. RB, St. John’s (Shrewsbury) Threw for 145 yards and four touchdowns, and added 78 rushing yards, in the Pioneers' D2 Central win over North Middlesex.
Cody Williams, Sr. QB, Springfield Central In the Golden Eagles' 52-13 rout of Westfield, completed 9-of-12 passes for 133 yards and two touchdowns, and added 103 yards rushing with three scores on 15 carries.
ON THE RISE
Alfred Adarkwah, Sr. WR, Doherty That lanky 6-foot-4 frame and wide catching radius was up to all sorts of trouble in Saturday's win over Quabbin, hauling in three catches for three scores, totaling 97 yards.
Drew Belcher, Sr. QB, Reading Is "Big Belcher" back? After some early stumbles, the 6-foot-4, 200-pound returning All-Stater has shown some life lately. He accounted for all but two of the Rockets' yards on their game-winning drive, including a 60-yard touchdown pass to favorite target Rob DiLoreto.
Tyis Boykin, Sr. ATH, St. Peter-Marian Had himself a field day in the Guardians' win over Tantasqua in D4 Central. Carried 19 times for 196 yards and four touchdowns; was 4-of-5 passing for 96 yards and a touchdown; and added a 65-yard punt return for a sixth score. He also had 3.5 tackles and two pass break-ups on defense.
Max Chipouras, Sr. RB, Longmeadow Carried 18 times for 279 yards and three touchdowns in the Lancers' victory over Minnechaug, which clinched them a spot in the Division 2 West playoffs and a rematch with Springfield Central.
Keagan Latta, Sr. WR/S, Lowell Went for the trifecta in the Red Raiders' 41-0 blowout of St. John's Prep. He caught two passes for 51 yards and a score; recorded three interceptions, including one returned for a second score; and registered a third score on a scoop-and-score fumble return.
