Morris (knee) leaves game in first quarter

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Patriots running back Sammy Morris left Sunday's game against the Titans after sustaining a knee injury on a 3-yard reception in the first quarter and did not return.

Morris slowly walked off the field under his own power but went directly to the locker room with members of the training staff.

With Morris out, Laurence Maroney, Kevin Faulk and BenJarvus Green-Ellis handled the carries the rest of the way
