After further review, handing out three stars in the Patriots' 59-0 victory over the Titans:

No. 1 star: Tom Brady -- Quarterback finishes 29 of 34 for 380 yards and six touchdowns. His trademark accuracy is back, as is the touch on the deep ball.

No. 2 star: Wes Welker/Randy Moss -- Top receiver duo combines for 18 receptions, 279 yards and five touchdowns as they pummel an overmatched secondary.

No. 3 star: Brandon McGowan/Brandon Meriweather -- Starting safeties team up for 10 tackles and two forced fumbles, adding a quarterback hit and a pass defended. McGowan also leads the way with two special teams tackles.

Normally the plan would be to list three players at the opposite end of the spectrum, and while the run defense could draw scrutiny for surrendering a few long runs, it is hard to point a finger anywhere in a 59-0 win. So here are three more stars:

No. 4 star: Laurence Maroney -- Running back finishes with 123 yards and 16 carries, including an impressive 45-yard touchdown run in which he shows patience to let the hole develop and then explosiveness to race away.

No. 5 star: Offensive line -- With rookie Sebastian Vollmer starting at left tackle, Brady enjoys solid protection and the interior linemen deliver some crunching blocks out in front of screen passes.

No. 6 star: Darius Butler/Pat Chung -- Rookies see their most extensive playing time of the season and come up with interceptions.
