ESPN.com senior writer John Clayton ranks the NFL's 32 starting quarterbacks in a piece now posted, and Tom Brady checks in at No. 2.
"I resisted the urge to put Drew Brees ahead of him, but Brady, with three Super Bowl rings, is still the master," Clayton writes. "The knee injury slowed him a little in 2009 (4,398 yards, 28 TD passes), but I expect his numbers to be much better this season."
When deciding where the arrow is pointing with Brady's future, Clayton feels it is "flat."
Peyton Manning earns Clayton's No. 1 spot.
