Following up on Robert Kraft's opinion that the AFC East is the toughest division in football, the following question came to mind: Do you agree?
What resulted was a quick spin around the NFL and a quick-hit 1-8 ranking from this viewpoint:
1. NFC East
2. AFC East
3. AFC North
4. AFC South
5. NFC North
6. NFC South
7. AFC West
8. NFC West
Opinions might vary based on one's criteria. For me, I focused on top-to-bottom strength, while attempting to balance the power of having an elite team, and that's why the NFC East earned the top spot.
If the Bills or Browns were a bit stronger, I think a strong case could be made that the AFC East or AFC North would be worthy of a top spot.
