Brady stays on top of MVP Watch

12/1/2010

Each week on ESPN.com, Mike Sando opines with his "MVP Watch." Patriots quarterback Tom Brady remains in the top spot this week.

"Brady has 13 TD passes without an INT in his past six games, five of them victories for New England," Sando writes. "He's the NFL's second-rated passer. Brady and three others are tied for the league lead with 23 TD passes. The others have combined for 40 picks. Brady has thrown four."

Brady's six straight starts without an interception tie the franchise record for most consecutive starts without an interception. Tony Eason had accomplished the feat in 1986.

Sando also puts former Patriots quarterback Matt Cassel in his top-10 ranking. Cassel, in his second season leading the Chiefs' offense, ranks seventh.
