What players see at Gillette exit

The daily "Patriots Today" show on Patriots.com often turns down the curtain on the inner-workings of the team, with host Brian Lowe and staff doing a great job.
Their latest show is no exception, with Lowe recapping how the team stayed in Rochester after clinching the AFC East championship with a win over the Bills. As part of the show, "Patriots Today" films players as they return to Gillette Stadium and the sign that they see every time they exit the facility.
It reads:
WHEN YOU LEAVE HERE ...
* Don't believe or fuel the hype
* Manage expectations
* Ignore the noise
* Speak for yourself
