FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Observations from Sunday morning's practice, the Patriots' sixth of training camp, which was a shorts and t-shirts walkthrough held in sunny conditions:
- Defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth made his debut on the practice fields on Sunday morning. Since the practice was only a walkthrough, the defensive line spent most of the practice listening to coach Pepper Johnson and working on technique.
- Defensive linemen Myron Pryor, Brandon Deaderick, and Ron Brace all remain on active/PUP but took part in the walkthrough; it was Pryor's first time seen on the practice fields this training camp. Offensive lineman Marcus Cannon (active/NFI) and long snapper Matt Katula were in t-shirts and shorts for the session, while James Sanders (active/NFI) was in uniform. Running back Eric Kettani was not spotted for the second straight day.
- The following players, due to CBA transition rules, are not able to practice until Aug. 4 and, with the exception of guard Logan Mankins, were not seen on the practice fields on Sunday morning: running backs Kevin Faulk and Sammy Morris; defensive lineman Steve Williams; linebacker Tracy White; cornerback Kyle Arrington; and safety Brandon McGowan.
- Running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis has yet to sign his restricted free agent tender and is out of practice. Offensive lineman Nate Solder, cornerback Ras-I Dowling, and running back Shane Vereen remain as unsigned rookies and out of action.
