Looking deeper at Pats' secondary

In a piece now posted on ESPNBoston.com, the makeup of the Patriots' secondary is examined.

"Two of the top three spots at safety have been turned over, and there are two new cornerbacks filling out the depth chart. No doubt, this is a new look for the New England Patriots secondary.

"How it all unfolds will be one of the more interesting subplots when the Patriots visit the Miami Dolphins on ESPN's "Monday Night Football" (7 p.m.) to kick off the 2011 season.

"The biggest questions are who plays most at safety alongside Patrick Chung, who enters as the third defensive back, and which defensive back lines up in the slot in those situations?"

From there, the different options are explored, with insight from former Patriots safety Tim Fox, who likes Patrick Chung as a leader of the group.
