A couple nuggets from Bill Belichick's morning press conference, which included some humorous talk about an 11-man blitz he once utilized during his time in Detroit:
* Eyes on offensive tackles: With Sebastian Vollmer (back) returning to practice this week, Belichick said he expects all three of his tackles to play Sunday vs. the Chargers. Matt Light and rookie Nate Solder earned the starts last week with Vollmer absent, but the Patriots could seemingly employ a rotation at right tackle while working Vollmer back from injury. "I'd think they all play," Belichick said.
* Wright's concussion: Asked about Mike Wright suffering another concussion, this after sitting out the final seven games last season due to the same injury, Belichick said he'd let his medical staff determine how to proceed with the seventh-year defensive lineman. "That's all in the hands of our medical staff, they'll evaluate that. I'm sure they'll do what's in the player's best interest, like they always do."
