FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Welcome to Gillette Stadium, where the Patriots (3-1) host the Jets (2-2) in an AFC East divisional matchup today (4:15 p.m., CBS):

Weather conditions. Summer weather has made a return today, with temperatures expected to climb into the mid-80s by kickoff. There is a 10% chance of precipitation according to Weather.com. Winds will be from the west-northwest at 5-10 mph.

Boger gets the call. Today's referee is Jerome Boger, who is officiating his first Patriots game of the season.

Patriots in throwbacks. Now a yearly tradition, the Patriots will be in their 1980s-style throwback uniforms today (the Jets are not in throwbacks). They will feature red jerseys, white pants, and a white "Pat Patriot" helmet. Today's gameday program features a shot of cornerback Devin McCourty in the throwback uniform.

Television information. Today's game will be broadcast on CBS, with Jim Nantz (play-by-play) and Phil Simms (analysis) on the call.

National anthem. Today's national anthem will be performed by Voices of Hope, a cancer awareness chorus.
