Power rankings: Pats jump to No. 2

The New England Patriots jumped up to No. 2 in ESPN.com's latest NFL power rankings.

After two weeks at No. 3, the Patriots finally leapfrogged the New Orleans Saints to reclaim the No. 2 position. It's the same ranking they held during the early portion of the 2011 season and their highest ranking of the year.

The Patriots remain the AFC's top dog, sitting comfortably ahead of the Baltimore Ravens (5th), Buffalo Bills (6th), San Diego Chargers (7th) and Pittsburgh Steelers (8th).

In the comments section of this week's poll, AFC East blogger James Walker writes: "Little-known fact: New England's offense is sixth in the NFL in rushing."
