Penalty watch: Mankins tops list

When updating the weekly "penalty watch", offensive lineman Logan Mankins' presence at the top of the list is notable. The 2010 All-Pro picked up his team-leading fifth penalty in Sunday's loss to the Giants -- a false start.

Also, linebacker Brandon Spikes picked up his first two penalties of the season (special teams holding, encroachment), while quarterback Tom Brady had his second delay-of-game on the year.

The Patriots were flagged for seven accepted penalties, upping their season total of accepted penalties to 52. A look at the updated penalty watch:
