FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Patriots cornerback Devin McCourty was among three players not present for a walkthrough practice on Wednesday, held inside the team's fieldhouse.
McCourty left Sunday's game in New York with a shoulder injury, which was later reported by WBZ-TV to be a separated shoulder.
Running back Kevin Faulk was present in the fieldhouse but did not wear a uniform, a sign that Faulk would not be participating in the session. The veteran had a strong return from the physically-unable-to-perform list in Pittsburgh, but was inactive against the Giants and played only nine snaps against the Jets, after being listed as questionable on the injury report with a knee injury.
Since the Patriots play on Monday night against the Chiefs, the team does not have to release an injury report on Wednesday.
