Big 4: Focusing on special teams

LANDOVER, Md. -- The Patriots' newest additions to the roster, veteran defensive end Eric Moore and rookie defensive back Malcolm Williams, played on special teams in the team's win over the Redskins.

Moore filled Jermaine Cunningham's role on the punt return team, while Williams was on three of the "Big 4" units -- kickoff coverage, punt return and kickoff return. This reflects on the importance of special teams when coaches comprise their 46-man game-day roster.
