The Patriots are the designated home team in Super Bowl XLVI, according to the NFL office.

They were also the home team in XLII vs. the Giants; they wore their blue jerseys for that one. The NFL rotates each year between the AFC and NFC as home team.

The Patriots wear their blue jerseys at home, and have decided to wear blue in the Super Bowl.

The Patriots have been to seven Super Bowls and have worn their blue jerseys three times (2-1), white jerseys twice (1-1) and red jerseys once (0-1).

Which color do you think they should wear? Share your thoughts in the comments section of this blog entry.
