Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has had a busy offseason.

He had surgery to repair an injured ankle, signed a lucrative contract extension that could keep him in New England through the 2019 season, is taking part in Fox’s dating game show “The Choice,” was nominated for a pair of ESPY’s, and will now be featured in ESPN the Magazine’s “Body Issue.”

Gronkowski joins a number of other athletes, including fellow NFL star Maurice Jones-Drew of the Jacksonville Jaguars, who will be posing for the magazine and display their bodies in the July 13 edition of the magazine.

With the Olympics around the corner, a number of athletes set to take center stage in London will be featured as well.

Previously, Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara has been featured.
Field Yates has previous experience interning with the New England Patriots on both their coaching and scouting staffs. A graduate of Wesleyan University (CT), he is a regular contributor to ESPN Boston's Patriots coverage and ESPN Insider.
