Happy campers: Patriots take to Twitter

With training camp just around the corner (veterans report today, with the first practice Thursday), a number of Patriots players have taken to Twitter to remark upon the start of a new season.

Although training camp is generally regarded as the most arduous portion of the season, there’s a sense of optimism and excitement from many Patriots, both veterans and rookies alike.

Here’s a sampling of what they’re saying:
