FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- When Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was a guest on Sirius XM NFL Radio on Sunday, one of his final comments to co-hosts Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan was on the crowds at training camp.

"Look how many fans we get. I’d be hard-pressed to think you guys go to another place and find more fans," Brady said. "We have 13 or 14,000 fans out there every day."

On that same day, the Patriots had some of their most loyal foreign fans on site. The Solovyev family traveled from Moscow, where they have their own Patriots fan club.

"It's been a very nice experience," Dmitiry Solovyev said of his visit to Gillette Stadium as he stood alongside his children, daughter Daria and son Dimitry Jr. "It's a very nice place, a great team, and really nice people here."

Added Daria Solovyev: "It's been fantastic. We visited this training camp because it's a part of our lives."

Quarterback Tom Brady and receiver Wes Welker rate as their favorite players.

Dimitry Solovyev said that hundreds of fellow fans gather in Moscow each week to watch the Patriots play and talk about players. Because of the time difference, the gatherings begin later at night and extend into the early morning.

Why the Patriots and not another team?

"Very good team, best coach and we like Boston," Solovyev said. "In Russia, the Patriots are very popular. We have a website about American football, and a lot of people are fans of the New England Patriots."
