FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Safety Steve Gregory and running back Danny Woodhead returned to practice Monday after missing Sunday's full pads session.
The Patriots were in light shoulder pads and shorts for Monday's workout. Running back Shane Vereen and tight end Visanthe Shiancoe remained out, while offensive lineman Nick McDonald was in a T-shirt and shorts.
Safety Patrick Chung remained in a red jersey for a second straight day.
The Patriots will be off Tuesday before returning to the practice field Wednesday. Their first injury report of the season is due by 4 p.m. Wednesday.
