Power Rankings: Patriots up to No. 1

The latest ESPN.com Power Rankings are out, and the Patriots moved up a spot to No. 1 after the Packers lost to the 49ers. Elsewhere in the AFC East, the Jets jumped from No. 21 to 17, the Bills dropped five spots to 24th and the Dolphins sunk three spots to No. 30.
