Vereen limited in return to practice

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Patriots running back Shane Vereen (foot) was limited in his return to practice on Wednesday, the team announced in its injury report.

Guard Dan Connolly (head), who left Sunday's game in Tennessee, did not practice.

There were no other changes to the injury report from the end of last week.
