Hightower leaves; White steps in

September, 30, 2012
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Patriots linebacker Dont'a Hightower appeared to tweak his left leg/knee area during the first quarter of the team's Week 4 matchup with the Bills. He left the field after an interception by fellow linebacker Jerod Mayo, and was looked at by members of the team's medical staff.

The team announced that he has a hamstring injury. His return is questionable.

During the team's next defensive series, Hightower was spotted riding the stationary bike on the sidelines. Veteran Tracy White was inserted into the lineup in his place.
