SEATTLE, Wash. -- A notable scene here in the pre-game came when starting right tackle Sebastian Vollmer went through drills for the medical and athletic training staff, which indicates he is a game-time decision.

Vollmer has been on the injury report with what the team lists as back and knee injuries. He was limited all week.

If Vollmer can't play, or is limited, that would thrust second-year man Marcus Cannon into a larger role.

The Seahawks' edge pressure, with Chris Clemons and Bruce Irvin, has to be a top concern for the Patriots. Monitoring Vollmer's status, and how the right side holds up, now bears watching even closer.

Elsewhere, tight end Michael Hoomanawanui (concussion) also went through pre-game drills that would indicate he is a game-time decision.
