Taking a shot at projecting the Patriots' Week 10 inactives against the Buffalo Bills.

Linebacker Tracy White
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: White was ruled out by the team on its Friday injury report due to a lingering foot issue that has shelved him since Week 6.

Defensive end Trevor Scott
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: After missing the entire week of practice due to a hamstring issue, Scott was ruled out by the team on Friday as well. The veteran has four tackles in his first season with the Patriots.

Tight end Aaron Hernandez
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: Though he's had extended rest to recover from an ankle injury that was suffered in Week 2, Hernandez remained limited in practice this week and is officially questionable to play on Sunday. Call this one a toss-up.

Safety Steve Gregory
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: If Gregory misses out on Sunday's action, that will mark five games in a row, as he has not played since suffering a hip injury the first time the Patriots played the Bills back on Sept. 30.

Safety Patrick Chung
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: Chung, who was limited in practice all week, not only is dealing with a shoulder issue, but a hamstring problem has apparently popped up, according to the team's official injury report. If he and Gregory both sit, look for Devin McCourty to start again at safety.

Defensive lineman Ron Brace
Reason: Health
Quick-hit: The specifics of an elbow injury that Brace is dealing with are unclear, but the fourth-year defensive lineman could be kept out this Sunday for the second time this season. The reserve interior player has four tackles in seven games in 2012.

Offensive lineman Nick McDonald
Reason: Depth
Quick-hit: Should star guard Logan Mankins return to the lineup, which seems possible given the extended rest of the bye, McDonald could be pushed down to the eighth offensive lineman. The team may opt to build depth at other positions on Sunday.
