The Patriots will have top cornerback Aqib Talib in Week 16, as he was not amongst the team's seven inactive players, though he continues to deal with a hip injury suffered in Week 14. Prior to the game, Talib spent time working out with members of the team's staff in an apparent effort to test the hip.

The team announced that, in addition to tight end Rob Gronkowski, linebacker Brandon Spikes and cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, offensive lineman Markus Zusevics, defensive end Jake Bequette, fullback James Develin, and defensive lineman Ron Brace are inactive and will not play. The trio of Gronkowski, Spikes and Dennard were ruled out on Saturday.

Look for Mike Rivera and Kyle Arrington to start in the place of Spikes and Dennard, respectively. Aaron Hernandez should continue to work as the team's top tight end, with Michael Hoomanawanui expected to see duty as the second tight end.

For the Jaguars, running back Maurice Jones-Drew headlines the inactive players, as he will miss his ninth straight game due to a foot injury. His top backup, Rashad Jennings, will also be out (concussion).
